Core Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for making cold calls and regular follow-ups.
  • Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers
  • Addressing the inquiries or leads by explicating the service features
  • Scheduling the appointments and end-to-end coordination with the Sales team & Project team,
  • Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
  • Managing MIS reports and updating CRM

Desired Competencies :

  • Proven experience as a tele caller or customer service role (both verbal and written)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Tele Calling domain must
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing & website will be Add-On to the candidature
  • Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
