Core Responsibilities :
- Responsible for making cold calls and regular follow-ups.
- Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers
- Addressing the inquiries or leads by explicating the service features
- Scheduling the appointments and end-to-end coordination with the Sales team & Project team,
- Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
- Managing MIS reports and updating CRM
Desired Competencies :
- Proven experience as a tele caller or customer service role (both verbal and written)
- Minimum 1-year experience in Tele Calling domain must
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing & website will be Add-On to the candidature
- Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
